Preseason Camp for JV & Varsity Boys
The high school season is just a month away, so get your body and skills ready.  CYL will be hosting a four week, Tuesday and Thursday (do one or both nights) nights, beginning January 31st, preseason conditioning and skills prep program for the JV and Varsity boys player.

Each session will include one hour of intense strength & conditioning and one hour of fundamental skills work. This high octane two-hour session will sure to physically prepare the player for the tough season ahead and give them a jump start on their competition by preparing in a climate-controlled indoor environment.

Boys Grades 10th - 12th
7:00pm - 9:00pm
Tuesday & Thursday (one or both nights)
